Since I posted my before and afters, I am being flooded with questions on how I did it. So here is a post outlining what I did. I’m going to leave out calorie details because I just hit 6k and really don’t want to be deactivated. Consume the calorie amount that you think works best for you.
- I drink almost a gallon of water per day, sometimes in green tea form.
- Once a day I drink a mixture of raw organic apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon and water.
- I take women’s vitamins that have a lot of amazing weight loss and energy properties. I personally take GNC’s women’s ultra mega. These have saved me.
- I intermittent fast every day, meaning I consume all of my calories in a two hour time frame, usually around dinner time.
- I do not consume sugar, oils other than olive, and white carbs (potatoes, white rice, white bread) And even if I’m not restricting, I still follow these guidelines.
- I like to drink diet Arizona green tea and diet soda as meal replacements during the day.
- I do cardio almost every day, mostly running. There’s not a specific distance that I go. I go until I feel like my body needs to stop, which is okay. Do not push yourself.
- Remember that everyone’s body is different and this may or may not work for you. ❤️
Also people want to know:
How long it took? A year and a half.
Did you get loose skin? Yes. What has helped a lot is taking collagen pills every day and working out the areas of the body with the loose skin. (Arm circles and crunches are great) This really pulls the skin back to the muscle.
What about my stretch marks? They are now almost translucent and white. You can’t see them unless you look very closely.
